Kath Cloran

Clark Scholars Program Manager

Kath Cloran is an experienced program manager with a background spanning collegiate athletics administration and non-profit leadership. She began her career as Assistant Commissioner for Championships at the Atlantic 10 Conference, serving until 2005. From 2005 to 2025, she led K–12 non-profit out-of-school time (OST) programs supporting students across Philadelphia and its suburbs. In March 2025, Kath joined the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in the Office of Academic Services as Program Manager for the Penn GEMS Program, a summer camp for middle school students passionate about STEM. She now serves as Program Manager for the Clark Scholars Program, where she is eager to help foster leadership development, experiential learning in entrepreneurship and philanthropy, internships, community service, and meaningful cohort engagement. Kath and her husband Steve joyfully reside in Havertown, PA with their five children, 4 sons and 1 daughter in that birth order, in addition to their dog Hank.
